a) How do I become a member?

You register for free at www.myrogner.com; you will then immediately receive an email containing your customer number and your personal password. Membership is free of charge.

b) How do I collect points?

With each overnight stay (except travel agency, insurance, group and seminar bookings) at Rogner Bad Blumau and Rogner Hotel Tirana you collect bonus points, which are credited to your personal account. 2 days after you have checked out you can view your new points status online.

c) When do I start collecting bonus points?

You collect bonus points with every overnight stay (except travel agency, insurance, group and seminar bookings) at Rogner Bad Blumau and Rogner Hotel Tirana as soon as your my rogner® account is activated. Any stays before the activation do not count.

d) Which hotel services do I get bonus points for?

With every overnight stay (except travel agency, insurance, group and seminar bookings) at Rogner Bad Blumau and Rogner Hotel Tirana you receive bonus points for all services: the overnight stay itself, food and drinks, treatments etc. The only things not included are the visitor's tax and overnight tax, tips, and purchased products and merchandise in the shops and boutiques and for (service) vouchers. Day guests cannot collect points.

e) How do I redeem my bonus points or bonus vouchers?

In your personal my rogner® area, in the general overview, you select your personal my rogner® bonus voucher, which depends on your points status. Simply download it and print it out.

The my rogner® bonus vouchers can be redeemed for direct bookings at Rogner Bad Blumau and Rogner Hotel Tirana. They are not valid for bookings made through travel agencies and tour operators, insurance companies, for group or seminar bookings. The bonus vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers, they cannot be redeemed for cash or partially redeemed. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the time of printing (print date). It may not be transferred to third parties or resold.

No services are rendered without presenting the original copy of the voucher during check-in.

g) What do I pay attention to when I make the booking?

Mention the voucher when you book the room; the services must be booked in advance.

h) Do my points expire?

The my rogner® bonus points are valid for 2 years from the date the amount was credited.

i) My personal details have changed.

If you have a new home address, email address or phone number, simply update them in your personal my rogner® profile. Can I transfer my points?

You can transfer (not sell) your collected points to other my rogner® members through the programme. To do this, you need the customer number of the my rogner® members you wish to transfer your bonus points to.

j) I have forgotten my customer number/password. How do I find this information?

Statutory data protection regulations prohibit us from accessing your access data. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one at www.myrogner.com. The new password will be sent immediately to the email address you specified in your profile. If you have questions about your customer number, please do not hesitate to contact our my rogner® team on info@myrogner.com.

k) I forgot to print out my my rogner® bonus vouchers. Can the hotel reception staff do this for me?

You are welcome to use our Business Internet Corner to print out your personal bonus vouchers. Our hotel reception team do not have access to your person details and, for reasons of data protection, cannot pass on any access data or print out bonus vouchers for you.

l) Do I also collect points when I pay with a voucher?

Points are credited to you if you pay for your stay using (service) vouchers; however, you do not get points if you pay with my rogner® bonus vouchers.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE my rogner® BONUS PROGRAMME of Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH

Status: January 2012

1)  General Conditions of Participation

a)  The my rogner® Bonus Programme is offered by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH, Kreuzgasse 70/32, A-1180 Vienna. The offer is open to all independent travellers who book their stay at Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau or at Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana - not through a third party (e.g. company, travel agency, insurance company, etc.) but directly at these hotels, and who pay for their services directly at these hotels.

b)  Any natural person with full legal capacity to act on his/her own behalf may participate in the my rogner® Bonus Programme. Employees of the businesses affiliated with the Rogner Network are not eligible to participate.

c)  Participation in the my rogner® Bonus Programme exclusively confers benefits and does not create any obligations for the participants. Participation in the my rogner® Bonus Programme is voluntary and free of charge.

d)  Only one my rogner® Bonus Programme Account can be opened per participant in the my rogner® Bonus Programme.

e)  The my rogner® Bonus Programme is a voluntary concession made to its customers by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH in order to reward their loyalty, and may at any time be discontinued or replaced by another programme. In the event that it is discontinued, Section 8. of these General Terms and Conditions of Participation in the my rogner® Bonus Programme, concerning proper notice of termination, shall accordingly apply.

2)  Registration: Concluding the Contract

a)  It is only possible to register for the my rogner® Bonus Programme on the www.myrogner.com homepage.

b)   In registering for the my rogner® Bonus Programme, the participant thereby declares that he/she has taken due note of the General Terms and Conditions and accepts these in full.

c)  The participant declares that all information which he/she has given in the process of registering is complete and correct.

d)  As confirmation of registration for the my rogner® Bonus Programme, the participant shall be sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address which he/she has specified, a customer number and a password in order to login to his/her personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account. The participant shall be advised to change the password after the initial login, for security reasons.

e)  The very first time the participant logs in, a contract shall thereby be concluded for an indefinite period between Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH and the participant.

3)  Cancellation of the Contract

a)  Cancellation of participation in the my rogner® Bonus Programme Participants can be announced in writing through a letter sent to Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH not later than one week following the concluding of the contract.

4)  Acquisition and Validity of Bonus Points

a)  Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH shall set up a personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account for each participant in the my rogner® Bonus Programme.

b)  The participant in the my rogner® Bonus Programme shall acquire bonus points through staying at Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau or at Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana, which will be electronically credited to his/her personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account when paying the bill at the hotel.

c)  The number of bonus points acquired shall be determined according to the amount spent on services at Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau or at Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana, in accordance with the Bonus Point List currently valid at the time of acquiring the bonus points. The daily updated Bonus Point List can be accessed on the www.myrogner.com homepage under the menu item my rogner® Bonus Vouchers, or else viewed at Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau or at Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana.

d)  No bonus points shall be credited for services paid for with bonus vouchers.

e)  The number of bonus points already collected can be viewed on the personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account at any time.

f)  Any bonus points which have not been automatically recorded must be claimed through the menu item "Missing Points" on the www.myrogner.com homepage or in writing, through sending an e-mail to info@myrogner.com, within a period of six months following utilisation of the service. Following the verification of the claim, the bonus points shall be credited to the personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account.

g)  Your bonus points shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of being credited to your personal account, and shall expire following the expiration of that period.

5)  Redemption of Bonus Points

a)  The participant can exchange the bonus points on his/her my rogner® Bonus Programme Account, exclusively at Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH, for certain bonus offers published on the www.myrogner.com homepage.

b)  The number of bonus points necessary for the bonus offer shall be determined by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH and published on the www.myrogner.com homepage. Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH reserves the right to at any time change the offers and the bonus points necessary for them.

c)  The participant accepts the bonus offer by selecting the relevant offer on the homepage and printing it out as a voucher. The relevant bonus points shall subsequently be deducted from the my rogner® Bonus Programme Account concerned.

d)  On presentation of the printed voucher, the participant may utilise the chosen service in the Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau or in the Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana.

e)  The vouchers are valid for one year from the date of being printed out, visible on the voucher.

f)  When utilising a bonus offer, the participant waives the right to dispute the contract upon which it is based on the grounds of error and/or reduction by more than half (laesio enormis).

g)  Any redemption of the bonus points for cash is precluded under the terms of this contract.

6)  Transfer of Bonus Points

a)  The participant in the my rogner® Bonus Programme may only transfer his/her collected bonus points to other participants of the my rogner® Bonus Programme.

b)  The transferring participant may transfer his/her bonus points, also naming the receiving participant in the menu item "Transfer of Points" on the www.myrogner.com homepage. When transferring points, the transferred bonus points shall be deducted from the my rogner® Bonus Programme Account of the transferor, while the transferred bonus points are added to the my rogner® Bonus Programme Account of the recipient.

7)  Proper Notice of Termination

Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH may terminate the contract at any time for good cause, in writing or by e-mail, without a period of notice. The misuse of or serious violation of these General Terms and Conditions or the House Rules of a participating hotel, the giving of false information or the improper use of this programme, violation of national, regional or local laws or regulations in connection with the use of membership rights, non-payment of hotel bills, the payment of a participating hotel with an uncovered or invalid cheque, fraud or misuse in connection with some part of the programme, or the opening of more than one active membership account. would, for example, constitute valid causes. On receipt of the notice of termination with immediate effect, access to the my rogner® Bonus Programme Account shall immediately be blocked and the bonus points collected shall become invalid with immediate effect. Any redemption of the bonus points for cash is precluded under the terms of this contract.

8)  Extraordinary Notice of Termination

Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH may terminate the contract at any time for good cause, in writing or by e-mail, without a period of notice. The misuse of or serious violation of these General Terms and Conditions or the House Rules of the Hotel Rogner Bad Blumau, A-8283 Bad Blumau & Rogner Hotel Tirana, AL-Tirana, would, for example, constitute a valid cause. On receipt of the notice of termination with immediate effect, access to the my rogner® Bonus Programme Account shall immediately be blocked and the bonus points collected shall become invalid with immediate effect. Any redemption of the bonus points for cash is precluded under the terms of this contract.

9)  Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

a)  The participant shall be notified of any changes made to these General Terms and Conditions, either in writing, in a letter sent to the last e-mail address given by him/her, or by some other means, particularly through publication on the www.myrogner.com homepage, on the welcome page of my rogner®, in a manner deemed reasonable. The said changes shall be deemed approved if the participant does not assert any objection to the changes, in writing, within one month following the date of notification.

b)  In notifying the participant of changes to the General Terms and Conditions, Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH shall draw his/her attention to the fact that, if he/she makes no comment concerning the said changes for a period of one month following the date of notification, this shall be deemed a sign of his consent to the changes.

10)  Management of Master Data; Data Protection

a)  The participant shall manage his/her master data on the personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account him/herself.

b)  The contents of the personal my rogner® Bonus Programme Account on the www.myrogner.com homepage shall be stored in a protected area, which shall be treated confidentially by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH.

c)  In applying for membership and in further utilising the benefits of membership, the participant is granting his/her express consent to the utilisation, by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts GmbH, of the data given on the application form or disclosed during the period of my rogner membership, in order to fulfil its existing obligations within the framework of the programme. The said data may be processed by Rogner International Hotels & Resorts in its function as database administrator, as well as by its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and franchisees. Data may also be passed on to third parties for the purpose of processing the personal data of the participant on our behalf or, if necessary, by reason of applicable law. In the event of corporate reorganisation measures, mergers or takeovers, data may also be passed on for the management of membership records, for the guest service or for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communication. Both the said third parties and we ourselves shall be entitled to contact the participant by post, e-mail, fax or telephone, for marketing purposes.

11)  Concluding Clauses

a)  These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Austrian law. The place of fulfilment shall be Nikolaigasse 22, A-9500 Villach, Austria. Any disputes arising from the legal relationship based on this contract will be settled by the competent court at the place of fulfilment, as the legal venue of choice.

b)  Should any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the rest of the contract. The ineffective clause shall be replaced by a clause which as closely as possible fulfils the commercial intention of the ineffective clause. The same shall apply to any loopholes that may be found in these General Terms and Conditions.
